Hey Guys! You Know When I Was Sad About Not Getting PH's Background? Well Now I Have It! Thank You So Much Kelsey! Here Is The Message Below-

I am sorry to hear that you were not able to collect her background. 
Sometimes when there are a ton of penguins in one room some players might have troubles loading features, like player cards.
To make sure you have the best experience when visiting a famous penguin we recommend that you lower your resolution and play in small screen mode. 
You can press the minus key on your keyboard while playing Club Penguin to reduce the game's resolution and click on the Small Screen icon in the top blue bar to play in small screen mode. 
These are quick and easy ways to speed up the game. 
In the meantime, I can see that your penguin has collect PH's Stamp, so I've manually added her background to your account 'Madie595'. The next time you waddle online, you will see this new background in your inventory! Have fun exploring the island, and be sure to waddle back with any other questions you might have!

Madie595 Here With PH News, She's Going To Be On Portuguese Server Cordilheira (Translates To Mountain Range) At 8:15 PST. I Got On SUPER Early To Make Sure I Don't Get In That Wild Goose Chase (Dads Words) I Got In Last Year. I'm SO Excited, Since I Have Bad Luck With Getting Mascot Backgrounds And I Don't Even Have Any, Except For Rockhopper, But I Only Got His Stamp. Same With Cadence At The Make Your Mark Ultimate Jam. I Think The Problem With Finding Mascots Without Releasing Where Or When On English Servers Is Because There Are SO MANY Servers. Here's Me (As A Cute White Puffle!) Waiting For PH.
